Ready to start automating lecture attendance? Have a look at this helpful guide to get Pastecs all set up
SET UP
Sign Up
1. SIGN UP for Pastecs by TAPPING Register..

2.
ENTER your email address and Password.

3.
TAP Register

4. ENTER your phone number, Full Name and Gender to Complete Profile.

5. TAP Complete

NOTE: If your email address is already in use you will be asked to verify your email address.
Log In
1. TAP the Login button in order to log in.

2. COMPLETE your user profile.

3. TAP Picture Icon..

4. Select picture options. VERIFY facial picture to be used to take attendance before upload..

5. If you want to use another facial picture, TAP Retake..

NOTE: Your Picture is a permanent action which cannot be reversed. Please confirm before proceeding.
Location Access
We use location access to confirm your location during meetings.

1. TAP Enable Location Access..

2. TAP Allow.
Notification Settings
We use notification settings to send attendance and app notifications.

1. TAP the Enable Notifications Settings button..

2. TOGGLE the Pastecs Notification Service to the ON position.

3. If you are presented with a "notification confirmation" dialogue screen, TAP Allow / OK.
ATTENDANCE
Meeting Screen
Congratulations! You have arrived at the home screen.

1. TAP Join button to take attendance online.

NOTE: You must be logged into your account in order for Pastecs to take attendance online.
Preferences: Face Type
Select type of attendance required to join. This will use your cameras to take a photo.
Preferences: SMS
1. Select type of attendance required to join. This will send a code to your phone number..

2. ENTER Code and TAP Confirm to verify your code.
Preferences: Free Entry
Select type of attendance required to join. No verification is required.
